FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

​​Question: Are there any requirements with volunteering?
Answer: Yes you must complete and pass online training and attend a few local rallies. However if you would like to be consider for a leadership position you will have more specific qualifcations to complete. 

Question: Are there any fees associated with volunteering?
Answer: There are no fees associated with volunteering this year!

Question: How to register? 
Answer: If you have an account and are registering with the same e-mail address,  login and return to the home page and hit "Register Now!". If you do not already have account, create an acount  and return to the home page and hit "Register Now!" From there, you will be able to select shifts for this current year.  If you have any further problems with accessing the new registration site, please contact RallyUSAvolunteers@gmail.com

Question: Will I be able to watch the races?
Answer: As a volunteer, you are crucial to the fan experience, so we respectively ask that you perform your duties as assigned during your volunteer shifts. However, you may enjoy the event before or after your shift. More information on this policy will be provided to you in the Volunteer Handbook.

Question: I am trying to register and clicked "Login" but it is not recognizing my e-mail. What do I do?
Answer: Make sure to click "Register Now!" which is located directly under the "Login" button. Once you register, you will be able to log in to your account to view your schedule.

Question: Age requirement?
Answer: 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years old a parent/guardian must consent, you must have your own email address and accompanied by a parent/guardian during duration of shifts. 

Question: I am a new volunteer - when will I receive my uniform?
Answer: You will receive your uniform upon check in for your first volunteer shift.
